Company owns a rental property near me across from a retirement home. They allow there tenants to play earth shaking bass music at all hours. These modified cars blast bass so loud it shakes the walls and glass of every home in a 3 block radius. How they could allow such a thing to go on so long is beyond me. They have ruined our community and won't let these poor eldery folks rest. Perhaps a public nuisance or disturbing the peace lawsuit is in order.

I was going through a separation with an ex, and I came across a home that belonged to Matt. He so kindly offered me a room that I could rent and at a reasonable price. I had an unusual circumstance had 6 weeks to find a place . I found this cute little adorable 2 bedroom in a really nice area. Matt and his team have been awesome with character and understanding. Mortar properties have been a blessing when the light was very dim. Thanks Mortar team very much.
Scheduled a visit around 2 weeks in advance. Did not tell us the unit had already been rented out until 45 minutes before the listing time. By the time we saw the email we were already at the property. Thanks Mortar, for lack of communication 👍
