I finally got to explore more of Buffalo on a family trip and seek out the best brewery. I may have found it here. Not in the best or easiest part of town but there are a few other shops right there, including a beer garden around the corner. Small parking lot a few steps away. The menu is big, but the focus is on beefy IPAs, Sours (smoothie especially), and Stouts. I would’ve liked to get a lager but I’m not complaining because everything I had was so tasty.
