As always everything I needed to be handled was done with no questions asked. The crew is fantastic. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is to get an appointment at Bill Rapp takes forever. We need to book three weeks ahead of time to get our vehicles serviced. There has to be a way to remedy this.
