We have been going to Morsi pediatrics since 2017, and I can honestly say we have never been disappointed or felt stupid or had a bad experience. There was a point where the front desk wasn’t super friendly, but all of the staff, front desk, MAs, providers, are amazing. Friendly, and always kind. We regularly seen Dr. Morsi himself (and loved him), but see Amber now, and love her so much! She is so personable and easy to talk to. Very long wait over booked. Dr.Morsi as a doctor very very caring, nice and willing to listen.
Excellent physician very caring highly recommended
Dr. Morsi is a great doctor. One of the best actually. BUT due to his incompetent nursing/secretary staff and their terrible scheduling habits my wait times with this new staff have been SOOOO LONG. Also, they neglected my daughters care for over a week and lied to my face. I would never EVER recommend this office. Unless he cleaned house or got his old staff back.
