We were referred to Morsetech by our close friends after Del-Air tried to con us. Our A/C went out and we called Del Air, whose tech informed me that serious problems existed in both our units (a bad capacitor and two bad compressors) and that it would cost more than $8,300 to repair. This was for labor alone as the parts are under warranty. Jon T did an excellent job providing exceptional service for a difficult problem with my unit. He performed the service had an additional problem, came the very next day and fixed without any additional cost. He fully explained the issue, took responsibility, looked me in the eye, shook my hand and went straight away to fix the problem. That means a lot to me especially in times when customer service is lacking or even non existent. Highly recommend Sam F
I am so glad I called Morsetech when my ac went out! I got a text with the picture of the tech who was coming to my house. He arrived on time, very pleasant and professional. I felt very comfortable having him in my house. He discovered the problem immediately- I’d had a power surge that had tripped the breaker. He turned it back on and cleaned my dirty drain line. My home is now cool and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Mosetech and will call them again.

I have been using MorseTech for many years. They have great service and take care of their customers. I’ve always appreciated the way they explain how your system works. They don't try to sell you anything you don’t need but will offer value driven suggestions to make the system work more efficiently. I have never experienced the technicians to be “hard-sell”. They have always been trustworthy in their service to me. I highly recommend them. Gayne is a great technician!
