Try to work with their tech support on the issue we have and they are not willing to help at all. They could only sugges to upgrade a firmware to the newest one and send me a link with bunch of files, installatuon packages and manuals but there is not installation instruction for the firmware. They always stated that this issue is not related to their equipment but everything else. Worst tech support I ever work in my 30 years technical career. If you want to buy a big headach for the big money, that is right palce to go.
I enjoy working with their friendly team.
I've used their systems for 20 plus years in Multiple Casinos. Great System, Easy To Support, great Customer Service. One of the best Key Systems.
