I have lived here for over 2 years & I absolutely love the apartment complex. I have an amazing relationship with management & he takes all repairs serious & fixing things promptly Shawn the property owner is very sincere, stable & blows my mind at how.
I’ve had a good experience living at Morse Plaza Apartments in Liberty, MO. Shawn, the property owner, is someone who truly values communication and fairness. He can be very understanding, but like anything, it takes mutual respect and willingness to work together. If you give him the same chance and consideration that he gives his tenants, you’ll find that he’s reasonable and willing to listen. Shawn the owner was great to work with and made the experience seamless. He rented to my daughter and boyfriend , now husband. He personally helped us on a weekend. His help got them off to a great start in adulting! The place was very nice and clean . Located close to downtown Liberty. Great place to live .
Before finding a house, my wife and I lived in this apartment complex. Never had any issues, the owner even helped us move furniture. The management has been very helpful throughout the 2 years we lived here. Would recommend
