Shawn the owner was great to work with and made the experience seamless. He rented to my daughter and boyfriend , now husband. He personally helped us on a weekend. His help got them off to a great start in adulting! The place was very nice and clean . Located close to downtown Liberty. Great place to live .
Before finding a house, my wife and I lived in this apartment complex. Never had any issues, the owner even helped us move furniture. The management has been very helpful throughout the 2 years we lived here. Would recommend
My husband and I lived in the Morse Plaza apartments for almost 2.5yrs and we have had no complaints. The owner, Shawn, has always been gracious towards us and even helped us move out. Tracey is a wonderful woman and would do anything to help us out if we had any problems or questions. They both are very professional and friendly people that I am grateful to have met. Don't risk it. I don't trust the owner of the building. Over half of the reviews seem to be from other properties and not tenants of this apartment. Roaches and filth everywhere. Very thin walls and you can hear right into the floors below you. Also I think the vents might be connected. Smelled a neighbor's slightly burnt grilled cheese in my whole place. Thought something was on fire. Thankfully it was fine, but still concerning. Also things broke all the time.
I have lived here for a year & I am very happy. Traci the property manager & the owner have been amazing to work with. They are currently making updates to the building which is exciting. My apartment was completely renovated & is absolutely beautiful. Great neighbors, nice neighborhood & walking distance to the square with amazing shops & food. I will be staying here long term bc of how amazing this place is.
