Recently, my family and I experienced a hardship that separated us from one another. The situation forced my moving to another state this past year, leaving my older kids in Missouri. Through this hardship, my son found Morse Plaza to move into. My son’s landlord, Shawn, was extremely understanding and so helpful with the situation my son was coming from. I was in search of a place for my elderly father. The owner was very kind and understanding of my needs and situation. He found me the perfect place for my dad in our budget, timeframe, and location.
Ryan was very helpful to me even over the phone. He answered all my questions with explanations. Great follow up too
I have lived here for over 2 years & I absolutely love the apartment complex. I have an amazing relationship with management & he takes all repairs serious & fixing things promptly Shawn the property owner is very sincere, stable & blows my mind at how.
I’ve had a good experience living at Morse Plaza Apartments in Liberty, MO. Shawn, the property owner, is someone who truly values communication and fairness. He can be very understanding, but like anything, it takes mutual respect and willingness to work together. If you give him the same chance and consideration that he gives his tenants, you’ll find that he’s reasonable and willing to listen.
