05/08/2026 Poway CA Arrived last night for an 8am appointment. Pulled off to the Right out the way of incoming Traffic. One employee arrived at 04:30 and Pulled in. The 2nd Manager or whatever he is. Arrived at 05:00. I'm looking out my window and could literally see him huff and puff. He knocked on the Door. He proceeds to say, I know the BOL says you can't be here until 07:00.
