Normally I’ve had no issues… but I had an appointment scheduled at 7:20 with Dr.Corebean.. I take the transit and was waiting 15 minutes before they opened because they dropped me off early.. (not the doctors offices fault.. but I was cold and patiently waiting to get in. Right at 7 I get a call from the front desk saying she unexpectedly couldn’t come in.. I wish I would have been notified sooner.. that way I didn’t waste money or time I can’t get back, when I also really needed to be seen and it’s my only day off. 🥺
This office is great. I've always been promptly helped when I show up for appointments, and the staff has been great. And I must give praise to Dr. Tiffany Corbean MD. She is intelligent, competent, friendly, and clearly cares deeply for her practice and her patients.
This place used to be excellent with my previous provider, Kristen Mueller. Since she left I have made multiple attempts to become a patient of Dr. Corbean. In that time my appointment has been rescheduled twice and the third time was outright canceled. Worst of all I didn't even receive a phone call to let me know. When I arrived at the front desk I was told they sent me a message in MyChart. When I got home I checked MyChart and there was no such message.
