Worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. We’re trying to get a fender bender fixed on an older car and all they would say was it was totaled. Tried to explain that we already knew it was totaled, and were wanting to get an estimate to fix it out of pocket. The guy wouldn’t even look at the car and was extremely rude. Just wasted our time. I guess they don’t want to fix cars at this place. Save your time and go to one of their competitors.
I had a fantastic experience with Marrow Collision Center! They did an excellent job and were incredibly easy to work with. The team was helpful and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their wonderful service and couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair!
Love my total in/out detail job on my jeep! I bought this vehicle and it was embedded with dog hair absolutely everywhere! Morrow did an excellent job of getting in every nook and cranny and made my jeep feel and smell like brand new! I've brought in a couple vehicles now and have been impressed each time!!
