Update, after calling and finally getting in touch with someone I was told , yet again, that they would be reaching out to me to schedule an appointment. The woman at the desk told me she was on vacation for 2 weeks and nobody has checked the voicemail. It has been another 3 weeks since that conversation and I haven’t heard back from her. Good luck trying to get them to answer their phone or respond to a voice mail. I’ve tried calling them for days and have had no response. I’ve left 3 voicemails over the last 2 weeks and haven’t gotten a call back.

I haven’t even been here and I give it 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars. I called to set up an appt and the woman answered nicely and then asked me, “what insurance do you have?” I told her tricare and she proceeds to say “okay well you will just have to go some where else because we’re not sure when and if we can take any more patients.” I did not even give a chance to give more information, all I had the chance to say was “I was referred and wanted to see if I could set up an appt”. I haven’t even been here and I give it 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars. Who my child sees is wonder! He makes me and him feel very welcomed and comfortable. However! The woman the work the front desk are a completely different story! Almost always very rude and unwelcoming. Seems to be bothered when children are in the waiting area. One woman has almost always been very rude and short with my middle child (who is 4!).
