If you're interested in getting your car fixed properly and quickly, and are not insisting on fair-trade orgainic transmission fluid harvested by disadvantaged minorities, then Morrows is probably the place to go. There are two distinct cultures in Northampton: old-timer "Hamp" and newage "NoHo". Morrows is 100% Hamp. It's like stepping into a barber shop from 40 years ago. Morrows Auto Repair is hands down the most honest and best repair shop in the valley!
As I walked in to speak to a person about a car repair three men were engaged in a conversation. I waited patiently for them to finish the conversation to speak to me. As I was within 5 feet from them I heard one man telling the other about how his friend liked to spend his money at Chinatown on women of the night. Wow,.... glad my child was not with me.
If you need your car fixed, this is not the place to go. It is dirty, and looks more like a junkyard than a repair shop. You might get lucky and they might have the part you need on one of the many broken down rusted cars they have rotting in the yard they expect you to park.

Morrow's Auto has my business from here on out. I went in for an inspection, oil change, and diagnostics for what I thought would be major, costly repairs. Beadle fixed all of my problems the same day, explained the processes, and gave advice--all for a very fair price.
Morrows Auto Repair is the best. They have been keeping all of my work trucks and family car running great for ten years. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. Good mechanics are hard to find. I'm glad I found Morrows. Stan-the-Fixit-Man, Florence, MA.
