I called and set up a consultation. I was told Me Morrone charges $200/hr and I would need to pay the cost up front, prior to my consultation, with tax. Which I did. I spoke to Mr Morrone for 13 minutes when he cut me off and asked me to fax some documentation to him and he would check in to a few things and get back to me. 6 weeks later and still nothing.
