This was a wonderful first appointment. The staff and office were extremely warm and welcoming! My 7yo daughter was extremely nervous and they made her feel at ease. My 4yo had missed his nap and was full of energy. They welcomed him and never made me feel like he was a problem. They were eager to help me juggle him so that I could listen and be present for my daughter. Tonight before bed, my daughter said mommy that was a really nice dentist office we were at today, when do we go back?
My daughter had a great experience getting her braces on today. They explained everything she needed to know about her braces and care. She felt so comfortable with the staff . Everyone in the office is helpful and pleasant to talk with.
The staff at this orthodontist office is absolutely amazing! We've been coming to this office for 4 years and feel like family. They're so pleasant especially Dr. Kaye! He's the only Dr. allowed to see my son because he was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate. My friend referred me to him because her child was also born with a disformity of his mouth. Shannon was super helpful and informative. She took the time to review my progress and the anticipated results ahead. And Dr Kaye was gentle and kind as ever. :) Lisa at the front desk was friendly and helped me schedule my next visit at a time that works for my work schedule. Great staff and practice.
