My daughter has just started her orthodontia treatment but we already feel that she is in good hands. The office staff and the doctors are wonderful to deal with. Thank you for putting my daughter at ease when she was nervous about her device placement. We look forward to seeing the outcome!
Very thorough and helpful. No excessive wait times, everybody from the receptionists to the technicians to those in finance and the dentists were professional, respectful, and good at their jobs. Furthermore, having images/scans done was quick, they explained what was happening and gave clear instructions. I have 0 negative comments and will 100% be referring other people here for orthodontic work!
This was the smoothest and easiest experience. Staff was excellent and always so friendly. Everything was always explained well and all questions answered. Any time we needed an appointment, they were able to get us in quickly. Invisalign, itself, was a great experience , way better than braces! Highly recommend this office!!!!
When you think of amazing! Think of Dr Yucha!!! Exceptional service ! The best part is the welcoming feeling when you walk in the office ! Their staff such as Allison definitely have perfected the customer service aspect. Very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like I needed to ask any questions because all information was provided. Jennifer helped me with the financial aspect and I was completely comfortable! I can’t wait for my braces !!! Thank you for your amazing work and amazing supporting staff
I just love coming in to see Dr Yucha and Staff - I had an emergency appointment , which was provided right away ( thank to the amazing receptionist) - Brianna took care of me and may I say I had another exceptional experience ! I just love the professionalism and how dedicated the staff and the doctor is !
