When you think of amazing! Think of Dr Yucha!!! Exceptional service ! The best part is the welcoming feeling when you walk in the office ! Their staff such as Allison definitely have perfected the customer service aspect. Very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like I needed to ask any questions because all information was provided. Jennifer helped me with the financial aspect and I was completely comfortable! I can’t wait for my braces !!! Thank you for your amazing work and amazing supporting staff
From the first encounter to the imprisoned consultation everyone has been professional courteous, caring and overall phenomenal i had so much fear but once I got their the anxiety went away. Will definitely be recommending to my family and friends. So glad I finally took this step
I would highly recommend Morrone, Kaye, & Yucha for all Ortho needs. They are amazing and extremely kind and friendly to their patients. Appointments are always on time, and I could not be happier. My daughter's teeth look AMAZING! And the office staff is outstanding!
My appointment was on time and the visit progressed in a timely fashion. This was a consultation, and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. A plan of action was discussed, and no pressure was exerted for me to immediately start treatment. Staff was welcoming and professional.
Very pleasant reception when you walk into the practice. Jen the financial advisor explained all the paperwork that needed to be signed for payment of braces. Melisa took great care in scanning my teeth for the Invisalign braces that will be made. Practice is very efficient !!
