How can Morro Bay improve ??? Let's start with reading the Constitution of the United States and then removing the criminal element that violates it. You can begin with the corrupt Police Chief, and then unload the equally corrupt Brett Landry. Brett Landry and Scott Crabtree need to verse themselves on 18 U.S. Code § 241, the PD needs to verse themselves in 18 U.S. Code § 241 and 242 and Scott Collins needs to verse himself in 18 U.S. Code § 241, 242 and 245. This entire town endorses and participates in terroristic activities inspired by the local Morro Bay PD. Christ knows what else the residents would stand back and watch with indifference. "The Lottery" seems to fit Morro Bay. Stay far away unless you carry bear mace and have no issue punching roaming drunks and meth-head old ladies.
Judging by what I've seen on YouTube I wouldn't feel safe visiting this city.
