A main line clog on a holiday weekend = no good. We called around and were referred here from another plumber who doesn’t cover the area. Kurt arrived as they had said, was professional, appears to have caught the clog, and gave good advice. The price for a holiday, weekend callout was not bad and seemed reasonable for a Sunday in Labor Day weekend. We would call them again for plumbing issues.

I would give zero stars if I could. Completely unprofessional their work is shoddy. I called them originally in September 2023, for an issue with my Shower. The person answered. The phone sounded like they were reducing the restroom when they took my call. I had already purchased a hardware so when they came to my home to fix my shower handle, they used the equipment I had already purchased. Warning, be sure to get a definite price before you allow them to do any work in your house. We were quoted about $350 to change a washer on a shower head spigot. When we received the bill we were shocked it went from $350-$1725, when we argued with them, they said they would take us to court that that was what they were charging us. They had performed the service and expected payment. Extremely unethical stay away.
