The Freshest Oysters and Best Experience on the Bay! Five stars are not enough for Morro Bay Oyster Company! The Pacific Gold oysters were absolutely pristine—plump, perfectly briny, and the freshest I've ever had. It was such a fun experience to grab a few dozen to shuck ourselves right on their patio overlooking the gorgeous water and Morro Rock.
