I would never purchase a car here, even if they had the exact car I wanted. They send out a “scratch card” flyer in the mail at least once a year which is deceivingly designed to appear that you won a large sum of cash. I had a friend buy a car and they were with a salesman for over 4 hours negotiating a deal. The salesman was sexist and made comments about her appearance more than once. She eventually made a deal to put down $2000 trade in her car for $14000(lower than KBB) and only finance $1200 on a used 2024 car. When she went to finance department they made her sign a document that had the payment hidden and set to over $16500 without interest and pushed her to sign it fast without reading it. I was mislead and taken advantage of. I got a letter in the mail offering up to $8000 over market value for my fully paid off 2023 Kia soul. I drove 2 1/2 hours to this dealership only because of that offer. I was never given this discount. They lowballed my car. I repeatedly said that I did not want to walk out of this dealership with more debt. Immediately they showed me a $34,000 car. My trade-in would not even put a dent in the price of that car.
