I have done pre-admission testing at this location several times recently. It is a nice facility and the staff is very good. It has been efficient and a pleasant experience each time. Feedback The check-in is often somewhat stressful and confusing. For example, on my most recent visit, I had printed four pre-admission test orders. At check-in, I was told they were unnecessary and they were discarded. The blood testing and EKG technicians completed those orders electronically. After nine years of care in this building, my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I once appreciated the attentive care, but Suite 350's communication and billing practices have become a serious concern. Over the past couple of years, multiple phone calls and urgent requests -- especially during difficult periods -- went unanswered. *My husband and I scheduled our annual physical appointments with them two months in advance and received a text confirmation. However, they canceled my appointment without informing me. Additionally, they called my husband just one hour before his appointment to tell him it had been canceled because it was booked in error (?!?!?). I’m not sure if they apologized to my husband, but they never apologized to me. Instead, they simply told me to reschedule whenever the doctor was available. Doctors I see are good. But this review is based on the parking. The parking here is god awful. They have a small lot in the front of the building which fills up very fast and makes it really hard to find a parking spot. Really sucks when you have a disability and you have a hard time walking really far . If you have a doctor appointment I'd advise arriving at least 15 minutes early just to find a parking space.
