Read the recent reviews. Morristown has fallen so far from what it used to be. Many years ago this was THE hospital in the area but now I would honestly recommend going to any of the other, smaller ones. The care and expertise is abysmal. They give conflicting information, no support or caregiving, and some of the facilities are so dated. Nurses are absolutely terrible and do not help in any way. I have never seen such a poorly trained, uncaring, lazy group of nursing professionals in any hospital ever.
Everyone here is especially friendly and helpful to me during my recovery process from an accident and requires surgey and physical therapy. The nurses and doctors made sure to explain the procedures and steps to me cleary, thank you for a positive recovery environment and encouragement
I went to Morristown Hospital, seeking out medical treatment. I was a bit skidish, because I didn't know what level of care I would receive. This was first my first time seeking out treatment from this hospital. They didn't know what was going on with me health wise, but, I felt like my treatment plan was all that of the utmost concern. The entire team relieved my worries and did there very best to assure me that they will take great care of me! They took great care of me! Thank you everyone!!
My wife was transferred there from Newton Medical Center to Morristown Hospital. She has had a stroke and lost vision in her right eye. She has been sitting in the emergency room un monitored and not even being checked on for the last six hours. She was brought there to be monitored and checked why she had the stroke. My family member is in the hospital right now with vomiting and diarrhea blood. Ten hours, once seen by a doctor, no Gastroenterology, he had surgery 10 days ago. They gave him a chest X-ray. This is NOT the best hospital
