I recently visited Morristown ER (9/8/25) and I just wanted to post a review informing the great care I have and still currently receiving. Unfortunately I am very familiar with ER’s and hospitals in general as I have a very complex medical condition & history of surgeries. I went there for some discomfort in my chest area, which I’ve been having for a while. Upon entering, I was greeted in the emergency department by a female PA. She was completely annoyed before she even started the interaction. I started to tell her what was wrong and she interrupted me and said I need you to tell me what’s happening right now. This has been an ongoing issue for months like there’s a story behind this and there’s multiple issues to be interrupted like that before I even got a chance to explain what was wrong... read more
Worse experience in a hospital. Waited hours and was never seen by the physician only to be told by the nurse that I was waiting hours for xrays before being examined- Xrays that I did not need. Becuase I work in the medical field - I question if this was the standard of care to which the nurse called security . Only for the doctor- who was also dismissive - to eventually come in and cancel the imaging as it was not needed. SO never coming back- I do not trust the medical knowledge and care was terrible. Zero stars!
Thank you for the best experience after my mom’s recent major surgery! The care was exceptional. Dr. Hunt and the entire surgical team including the residents were nothing but kind and professional, especially medical student Sara Solomon!
