My mother was sent to the emergency room Amber - July 14th with her cell phone in hand. While she was there, her cell phone was stolen by a NURSE. She saw it happen, and other nurses saw it happen and told her about it. The nurses saw this female nurse place my mom’s cell phone into her purse. I was in the hospital for an Anterior Cervical Spine Fushion. From the moment I got there the nurses very attentive kind and professional. My main nurse Antoneta she was so patient with me and made my stay comfortable she would surprise me with apple sauce in the morning because she knew I liked it and felt good on my sore throat. She was very knowledgeable about my surgery and informed me of things I should do and not do. I was in the ER and they refused to let me eat for over 8 hours, then when I was told I could eat they wouldn’t get me anything I wasn’t allergic to. I waited all day to see a doctor to go over test results and nobody ever came. It was 2 or 3am that I finally got an answer about my tests. They kept me up all night. It was torture. Please do not come here unless you want to be verbally abused and neglected by staff. Halfway through my stay they tried to move me to a hallway even though I’d been in a room. Currently in the ER and haven’t been given food in 8 hours and haven’t seen a doctor to go over test results even though it’s past midnight and the tests were done hours before the shift change. Please do not come here unless you want to be treated like an animal and verbally abused by staff.

My father was in a horrible car accident about a month ago. He was put into intensive care. We were called pretty frequently, and the nurses were kind to us. The doctor who explained the situation the night of the accident was caring and wanted us to feel comfortable with the status of my father. He's currently in Davino. The nurses are still pretty caring. They crushed the pills for my father because it was difficult to swallow. They explain what all the medications are for.
