Better care. Amazing bedside manner. Edible hospital food. They were able to diagnosis and save my loved one when no other hospital/doctor could.
Very bad experience! Dad ended up from emergency dept to MICU and then to heaven! Dad went to emergency for breathing issue. Right away they decided to insert breathing tube and put him on ventilator and transferred to MICU. This is when incompetence of providers started! Till death no one was able to tell us the root cause. I think there was a lot of opioid dosage along-with steroid and sedation that broke dad down! Came into the ER for a dislocated shoulder. Was in agony, it was a first time anterior dislocation. If you're curious how painful it is do the research. The front desk at the ER was too busy asking what my insurance was among 50 other questions instead of just getting my basic information and getting me into the room to immediately provide me with pain relief.
