First time here. Was taking my son due to having major issues with his eyes, was referred to ER from his Dr. ER waiting room was dirty, blankets patients had used all over chairs, floors needed sweeping and chairs needed disinfected. Taking blood in ER from patients, I don't like that cause of germs. Having patients also pee in cups and hold it in ER. Probably will never go back. Wait times are ridiculous long! Sad.

Let's see they wake you up at 330am to take blood ( just turn the lights on while you are asleep and announce they are there to take blood) and then make you wait until 10 am for breakfast. Do better
It's not a clean place and you have to wait for hours before you get to see the doctor.
