The cleanliness of the emergency room is unacceptable.
Passive aggressive talk gets you kicked out for fear of their staff when you emphasize wanting another Doctor. Assertive and direct is not passive aggression FYI. Smh! I don't trust this hospital. I would recommend traveling somewhere anywhere, but Morristown, TN, for medical help. Seems to be the consensus with Google reviews and in person asking while waiting in the parking lot waiting to visit my grandchild for over 12 hours!! Lots of changes need to happen!
