Always have a good experience. The office staff is always outstanding and Hannah and dr petal listen to all my concerns.
While the clinical care has been great, my overall experience has been negatively affected by administrative issues. Communication from the billing/accounts receivable and front end staff has been poor, and there appears to be a disconnect that prevents them from adequately informing patients about outstanding balances. NOTE, this started in mid January, during a routine visit, I was informed by the front end staff that I need to pay for the visit because of the new year & have not met my deductible which I paid at that time... read more
Today is July 18. I had my last visit on April 1 and was told by the NP that I need another visit to the Cath Lab. The lady at checkout said Zi would get an email from the hospital and a phone call from them for the date and time. Never heard from them until TODAY, and that was to confirm my next appt for ultrasound which I cancelled a few days ago. They also hardly ever answer their phone. I liked Dr Patel but I want a doctor's office I can count on.
Dr. Patel is great but the front desk women are extremely disrespectful
