Worst experience I have had with a Ford dealership before. Found a car online, indicated my interest in the vehicle. Got a call about the vehicle from a salesperson. Indicated I was ready to proceed immediately, they said they would talk to the manager and call me back in 30 minutes. That never happened. Tried calling and texting. Got no response or answer.
