I had scheduled a works package. They didn't do it. Only changed my oil, and it was still 100 dollars! I will never do any business with morristown ford. I have been a loyal customer there for 12 years! You have lost my business and I will recommend to everyone that I know to avoid doing business with morristown ford!

Worst car buying experience ever. I have purchased several new and used vehicles over many years and have never experienced such lack of interest from the salesperson and sales manager. It’s no wonder the vehicle I was interested in has sat on their lot for almost 5 months. Reply to Response from the owner: I see I get the same pre-scripted, copy & paste response that all of your other dissatified customers get. They have my contact information and chose not to use it. Enjoy your inventory!
I went in for an oil change and a couple of other things and everything was done to my complete satisfaction as well as quickly. Their customer service is very good. I would highly recommend them.
