If I could do no stars I would. Bought a car from them 9 months ago and have had nothing but problems from it and them. The car was supposed to be certified and not a thing wrong with it, but as soon as I got off the lot I had to get an alignment and new tires. My brake caliper failed and I had to get it replaced along with new brakes and rotors. I was trying to sell my vehicle. I was up front with my situation and what I wanted. Also was very clear on what I didn't want. I was left sitting around for almost 2 hrs. When they come to me with a offer on vehicle it was with something I was very clear with that I didn't want. Then because I told that I didn't want it. They got attitude with me. Plus while i was waiting I over heard them talking mad trash about the vehicle I had. Very poor costumer service. Don't make claims you cant honor. They are out to help them selfs... read more
I use to only get my truck cleaned at ford when that little blonde CourtneyTalley was A detail shop Runner there I sure do miss that woman. Best little worker always did such good work.. I May have to start coming back to weigh out my options now. . always great pples there.
