Avery good experience with the sales lady Sadie at Morristown Ford
The experience was not good at all. Apparently the policy on my tire deal was voided. It would have been nice to know the policy when I bought the car. I have seen where others have complained about this as well.The service center has been rude to my husband and me on various occasions. Contacting this dealership has been difficult on several occasions. Update - Per Morristown Ford‘s response to my original review here, I called Andrew Parkey and left a voicemail. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back. Can’t say I’m surprised A lot of their recent reviews are bad, and rightfully so. Don’t buy anything used from here. We made that mistake and bought a used Ford Expedition, and this dealership said it had been checked out by the service department and everything was fine.
