I’ve never had such horrible experience at any other business than I had with Morristown Ford. Starting with Sadie (the sales person) and Travis (the sales manager) being extremely incompetent and lazy. I bought a 2019 Ford Expedition. The car was supposed to have been ‘meticulously taken care of’ as Travis said multiple times. I leave the lot with the car. And hop on the interstate and the car immediately starts shaking.
