Vehicle was sold but the contacted me quickly & was helpful.
I have sent 5 seperate messages to this dealer requesting a carfax or whatever report they use for a avehicle. All have went un answered except one in which they said they required all my info in order to provide that (ph#-E-mail-Etc) I have purchased 2 vehicles using cargurus and know they could easily send a link without that. They want to get around the nice Anonymity that Cargururs provides so that you will forever be in there system and in your E-mails just for inquiring about a vehicle. Traveled an hour to see a truck they were selling and when arriving couldn't test drive the vehicle due to bad brakes. They showed me another vehicle and it had a cracked windshield.
Started out as a good experience,Charley the salesman was great,Turned bad when I tried to meet them at a comfortable point on the payment. Sent several emails and made multiple phone calls to no response. I would not recommend this dealer unless you just want their terms.
We arrived to test drive a car but it was sold. They did make an attempt to communicate that, but I missed the email. Other than that, they were polite, accommodating, and made efforts to place us in another car. Even though we didn't find a car to meet our needs what impressed me the most was they respected our choice and did not pressure us in any way. In other words, they made us feel comfortable.

Made a great deal and bought their vehicle. They did NOT clean the vehicle after purchase, as other dealers have done before delivery. They were extremely friendly and polite until papers were signed. but immediatly after the sale had no interest in me or addressing questions about the vehicle bought - claiming the "deal was too skinney". They treated me as if they were just glad to be rid of me and as if I had cheated them because I had gotten too good of a dea .
