I have been a client since 2015. Dennis and Team messed up my taxes, refused to respond for 6 months, then called to apologize and agreed to amend my taxes and pay the interest and penalties. Then they refiled my 2023 but not my 2024 taxes. They have refused to returns my calls, emails and now I am being forced to SUE them. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND EVEN AFTER ADMITTING THEIR MISTAKES.
I've been working with them for more than 5 years and am always very professional, with great customer care and excellent services !
