They never answer the phone at corporate front desk, management is never in the corporate office and the staff at Millcreek place is literally harassing me and I have a statement from you Ex employee proving such. This company is horrible. Extremely horrible i encourage every tennant and vendor to not have any dealings with this company. I am a vendor here in south South Carolina and i have done multiple jobs for this company and they always want you to stop what your doing and tend to there property. I have done my Due diligence and completed all assignment with no Discrepancies of the work that i did. I have turned in all invoices and have yet to be paid. going into my second lease, will not be renewing. Living here my first year was wonderful in a way. It took a year and half to get a new dishwasher, I have mold in my apartment now. Water stains in my sealing, told they would be painted, not done. Rude and inconsiderate Community manager Terri is not professional. Tenants I have talked to HATE DEALING WITH HER.
