Said a repairable tire was not repairable. A$300 tire purchased purchased on their professional advise. Mother in law brings damaged tire home with the vehicle. I took the tire to a firestone shop in Des Moines and have it repaired. $28.00 later my bad tire is fine. I call the following Monday and the gentleman on the phone gets an attitude starts going off about liability and doing what’s safe. After blowing a tire on Interstate 80 outside of Grinnell, IA on Thanksgiving Eve in the late evening, Morrison Repair came, towed my car to his shop, put a new tire on and sent me on my way. Very fair prices and a wonderful asset to his community. This shop is outstanding and the owner is amazing. I'm forever grateful for the exceptional service I received.
I could not say enough great things about Morrison Repair not only did Ryan Faas get my car running tip top down the road but they came out on Thanksgiving Day to pick us up and repair our flat when we were headed to the Iowa - Nebraska football game!!!! Great servive, great technicians, & very reasonable prices!!!! THANKS!!!
A big thank you to Ron and the mechanic's here! You guys picked up 7 stranded family members and fixed a crappy old surburban, fixed it up in two hours, all the while giving us updates on how it was doing and using idiot proof words to explain the problem. We can now carry on with our Holiday vacation to Omaha! Thank you, Morrison repair!
