I've had the honor of working with John, and he is a very patient, honest, knowledgeable agent who has been in the Eugene/Springfield real estate business for a long time. He is also a veteran, who cares about the community, and runs his own small business.
I'm fairly certain that this company is a scam. There was an ad for a 2 bedroom apartment posted on Craig's list that stayed there for months. It was a beautiful spacious apartment for super cheap rent somehow it continued to be available from may to the end of july??? I thought I was just lucky and checked out the application. The rent was $45 higher than the ad said. The application fee was $45 PER PERSON not total.
