Totally dishovelled my taxes. My return they filed was initially rejected by the state. I was sent on a wild goose chase on a paper trail to fix it. Never was able resolve the issue, loat my PELL grant due to lack of tax information. The office shirked the blame on me in the end, despite this being their actual job. They are incompetent, look elsewhere.

In 2014 I was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia and by 2015 I was forced to retire from my position with the State of Montana. In 2016, I applied for SSDI, which was denied and it took 2 1/2 years to win an appeal, along with an apology from the judge for it even going to appeal. In 2018 I was given retroactive SSDI for 2016-2018, which in turn was required used to reimburse my private disability insurance that I was living on during that time.
