This attorney has been disbarred by the State of GA (5/6/2025) for keeping settlement funds received on behalf of a client. My experience was that he kept retainer funds not accounted for by work provided. When a request for fee arbitration was filed, he did not respond to the Bar Association.
An absolute nightmare. I strongly suspect that the reviews praising him were made by family or for him by creating a account that he was behind. Everything I've seen written is completely false. Things dragged on for years, he lied about making filing payments, he filled out incorrect address information.He absolutely will not return your phone calls.
