First experience was over billed, never got a receipt, how much it was or anything. The tech was onsite for 1 hour. Was billed for 3 hours. After seeing a random charge from them with no invoice, receipt or anything. (gave all info for appointment) I called and needed invoice and receipts. They billed me for an extra two hours which I disputed and all had on camera.
