Beats the heck out of CGH which is the only thing in Sterling Rock Falls. At MCHC, at least you are more than a number, you are the patient and have complete control of your care and needs. And they listen to you in Morrison.

First time there and the surgeon I had was AWESOME. He great beside manners and treated me with respect and concern. I would recommend for everyone too go there instead of CGH or KSB.
First time as a patient in the new facility. No lines and quick check in. I didn't like wearing a face mask but do understand its for the safety of others until they could find the problem. Took a little while to get a throat swab but understandable and they did inform me it takes quit awhile for the results to come back. I didn't care because I needed answers. The Doctor was kind, courteous and quick. A little drive from Rock Falls but they are open until 8pm. My kind of schedule.
I hadn't been to clinic since in its new location. I am a lucky one that doesn't get too sick often. It is very nice, and I was treated very well and taken care of quickly. We are lucky that we have this walk in clinic available to us. Thank you to the Dr and nurses that got me feeling better quickly!
Spent a night here and was taken very good care of. ER is a little cramped but there were multiple doctors and nurses attending to me. Everyone was nice. Seems like they've invested in New equipment. CT scanner. Wouldn't be afraid to go there.
