While the office staff and dentist I saw were great, the billing department and regional manager were far from. I began my time at Morrison Dental Group after having a tooth crack. The dentist I saw was not able to complete the procedure and sent me to a specialist. After the specialist, I was directed back to Morrison Dental Group to complete everything. Have been going there forever. Wouldn’t change. Don’t care for ferry ride but can handle it a few times a year. Carol the receptionist is a lovely person and most children love them. My daughter and grandchildren were patients for years but had to move because of insurance company.
Staff is great. I travel frequently and the office staff is always fitting me in appointment wise.
Cheerful, efficient staff. Dental care has been high quality.

Welcoming staff. Very patient hygienist and the Dr. is incredible. Dr. thatcher and staff were amazing today. I’m a terrible patient and they did everything to make my experience positive.
