Probably a good thing office is closing, don't believe. I would have returned..Was told by the doctor I need a root canal. Which by the way really need to work on her bedside manners. She was rude and cocky. People choose to come to you, we need to remember that in hospitality. So I set up my appointment, doctor office tells me they would send X-ray, which they didn't. Get to my appointment which I had to take off work for. I get there and the doctor says I don't need one..but still cost me 129.00 for x ray and consolation. ... read more
Vacationing on the island and had an emergency but was told they aren't taking any new patients. In my opinion a terrible thing to do especially since it's a Vacationing town
Absolutely worthless , waste of space for something better important..... They only do cleanings and check ups ..... Told me I gatta travel across the bay for my dental request. And whoever I talked to was not professional by no means . Wouldn't trust this place with those poor business practices.
Getting the government insurance and the dental to work together is a nightmare. Never had a problem before,girl handling insurance messed up everything.Veterans not treated well.
Was told to try here for the great service and staff. Upon calling I was told to go to urgent care for tooth pain. I don't get it
