I canceled once after being rescheduled by staff and was never allowed to reschedule, because of “appointment probation”: after paying over 200 dollars. I can reschedule if I call early the same day during their business/my work hours and they have a cancellation and I can find a last-minute appointment time worth away from my job.🤷♀️

Idk about the other reviews but I went there to get 4 teeth removed and it was nothing but the best experience for getting teeth pulled. My dentist was amazing and the staff was respectful.
