We recently moved in late May of this year. I cannot stress how understanding and responsive Drew and the whole office staff were. We needed a place quick and they delivered!! I've lived here for about 4 months with my girlfriend and we love how safe the complex feels no matter the hour. The location is so awesomely located near the mall and plenty of great restaurants nearby. I love this place.
This is a very centrally located, and currently a excellently maintained property. the Front Desk Staff. Ms.Nani is supremely helpful, transparent and has helped me with the move and everything i have requested. i really appreciate and am happy with the price of the units. Kudos Guys.
I want to give a big thank you to the staff Nani. She texted me while I was at work to let me know I left my garage door up. I couldn't leave work right away. She went back to office grab the extra key and closed it. It's 118degrees today. She went over and beyond. Thank you so much. I love living here.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience after realizing I’m facing the same recurring issue mentioned by other reviewers. When I moved in last Friday, the AC wasn’t working. I reported the issue immediately to management. Later that day, I returned and saw a portable AC unit in my apartment, indicating the main AC was broken. On Saturday, I visited the front desk to ask why I hadn’t been informed about the broken AC. We have lived here almost two years and our experience is amazing! The front office has great communication, we always receive a response. Maintenance is also 5 star! Which makes our living here even more great. There is occasional bugs but they are handled promptly. The property is clean and very well maintained. We also have security who walks through the parking lot, the one bad thing is that they don’t answer calls very fast, but it’s A pretty safe quiet complex. Nani with the leasing staff is the most amazing!
