The sales process was quick and easy. Super friendly! Trying to get an appointment to service the newly purchased vehicle was not a good experience. We showed up twice for our scheduled appointments and the first time was told to come back the next day at the same time because they didn't have a lift available (ok, not a big deal). I bought a car here in October and the day I took it home, the transmission went out. Lloyd said he would come get the car and tow it from state college to take a look, never showed up and I was waiting for hours. The mechanic, Mike, was kind and took care of things and had to convince the owner, Lloyd to cut me a break. Fast forward to January, the breaks went out and I fixed them on my own. this place is a joke, they buy cars at auction with a mechanic that doesn't know s*** the only thing the mechanic does is turn the check engine light off throw brakes on a car and sell it for the highest price possible and if you have an issue forget it they charge you for towing even towing having the car for 3 days and had to have a vehicle towed three times within a month don't buy here
