Refered by a relative and glad I listened. Josh handled a case for me and got an excellent settlement. I was advised that any legal proceedings take a long time but was very happy with the time it took to get a settlement. Case was indefensible so it most likely wasn't going to go to court and Josh got me more than he had originally expected the case would bring. I retained Dave Jacquette as my attorney after I was hit by a car and nearly lost my life. At first, he seemed engaged and responsive, but there were noticeable areas where communication could have been improved.
