My car was running weird and I didn’t know what was wrong with it so I took it to Morris Tire Service and they told me the problem and what they could do to fix it right away. They replaced the front bearings and now my car is running better than when I bought it! Great service and fair prices.
Had a blowout on my camper trailer this weekend. Stopped in to get it fixed. Told them specifically I did not want a Power King brand tire. They said they had a Vanguard. I said okay. I didn't actually read the tire until I got back home, my fault. On the tire Power King Premium. I do not recommend them. In the off chance that I have problems in the future in that area, I will not be going back there.
Best customer service around for tire shop. Love getting print out spec sheets showing everything is aligned to specs. Very honest tell you only what you need to have to your car for suspension work without trying to sell you on stuff that it doesn’t need. Always get our cars in and out with no problems.
We bought a brand new set of tires. First, they lost the tire pressure sensor in one of the tires and tried to say it was never there. Eventually, (after we showed them an email from on star proving that the sensor had been there that morning) they agreed to replace it. Next, I ended up taking my car to the dealer because they had improperly balanced the tires. One tire that was only supposed to have a 3oz weight had a total of 18 oz. instead.
Not only did they replace my tire, they put the spare, jack, and my trunk back together instead of just throwing the tire in the back. I was surprised when I opened my trunk and everything was back in its place. Just an unexpected touch of extra service! Thanks!
