Always a great place to purchase all of my tiling materials and to get new information on products and techniques. Very knowledgeable staff with great prices. I always choose this in person experience over the cheap imitation products online!
Bad experience with customer service, they are not at all careful with the materials they are delivering to you, the person in charge of the warehouse, he is the one who delivers the material, he is very distracted and is not careful with the materials and because of those carelessness, you have to return another day to pick up the material that has been damaged just for not being careful to move them.
It's one of my favorite vendors! They are very knowledgeable and always have what you need for your tile jobs. I highly recommend them.
