I’ve lived here for a year and I love it, but I have problems with a few things, such as cracks in the window frames in the bedrooms, light fixtures doesn’t have globes, living room blinds doesn’t work properly and the oven isn’t level correctly. When I’m cooking such as frying the oil in the pan goes to one side. My other problem is WD hookup. Why is there a washer hookup and no dryer outlet in the laundry room? I was told by Stephanie and Sam I would get new carpet/carpet cleaning when I renewed my lease. Now he doesn’t remember that conversation because he has a lot going on and I might have to wait till next year when I renew my lease again. What a joke! I can’t wait to move out of here! They increase rent every year but no updates at all!
