We've had nothing but good experiences with this dealership thus far. I have nothing bad to say. Everyone is very helpful. Customer service/care is extremely above average. They really go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. Sales reps are courteous and really do their best to get you exactly what you want. Service department is very helpful as well. I cannot speak of the body shop at this time, as I haven't had to use it and hopefully the need doesn't arise. If it does though, I'm confident that I will be well tak... read more

Great place with friendly, helpful people. The service department is phenomenal and always willing to lend a hand. The sales staff will go out of their way to make sure that you're well taken care of and take their time to make sure that you're getting exactly what you're looking for. When you need parts or accessories for your vehicle, their parts department can handle all of those needs and in short order. I found Morris Smith (formerly Zeck) looking for an updated F-150 to replace my 2015. I worked with Ivan and Isaac and couldn't be more pleased. Both are very informative, polite, courteous and know their product. The truck was priced well and they gave me a great price for my trade-in.

Went in for new tires. Tires are great. Had a mishap, but it was handled well and the customer service received was excellent! The owner personally had a conversation with me. He stands behind his brand, he will listen to you if your expectations weren’t met. I will continue being a customer here, because of the customer service.
