I can't speak on the sales side as I haven't bought a vehicle there since it was Zeck but the service department is filled with crooks. Just really bad service. I have scheduled my F-150 that I bought from Morris Smith Ford 5-months ago with a different dealership. Took the truck in for oil change and to have the system checked for a burn wire smell and phone won't connect to the truck. Service tech. scheduled the date and time. He first sent me a confirmation of the appointment for the wrong vehicle.
