My experience at this dealership was a 180 degree turn around of what I expected after our visit there Saturday. We (wife, son and I) showed up Saturday discussed what I was wanting. I was informed they didn't have what I wanted on the lot. We did a bit more discussing and they brought out a few build sheets of trucks and we found one I had definite interest in purchasing. Enjoyed my experience! Very nice and everything was explained well.
Took a deposit of $1000 from me to “secure” the vehicle, but never provided the refund they committed to processing. Will need to call and file a theft report now. Going here was a mistake.
Everyone at the dealership was kind and professional. Awesome buying experience.
