I don't know if it's just me but Lena Williams showed up on time but would not go past the entry way. Her husband showed up and did a walkthrough with me. I was told that I would hear from her the following day and nothing.
Extremely rude and unprofessional!
I was out looking for property, came across a lot in the outskirts of Eustis and saw the realtor sign for a 1 acre plot. Looked it up and they are asking $86,500!!!!!!!!! That is sooooo outrageous, I can't believe it's legal for these companies with massive amounts of money to buy property and then jack up the price and make it where the little man can't afford to live in his home town. The lot about a football field away is pending sale for $12,000. This company and the money hungry realtors is going to destroy Florida
LISTEN TO THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. Especially if you're looking to rent with them. They are just out for profit. If you have any issue, good luck! You'll be waiting around for A MONTH before they even send someone to look into it.
