Terrible customer service to put it nicely and professional!!!! We submitted an offer on a piece of property with no response whatsoever from the agent (Kayla Clack) you have to call multiple times and from multiple phone numbers just to get her to answer the phone. When she does decide to answer the phone she is either extremely rude, talks over you, or just flat out hangs up the phone.
