Terrible business practices. Steer clear of them even in their new "Parts Distribution" endeavor. My son took his car in months ago for a new turbo install. Paid fully up front. They kept his car for months, then he got it back and it leaked oil and coolant from day one and wasn't making proper boost. He took it back to get it fixed. They kept the car again for weeks, blaming the delays and challenges on the tuner person, not with their shop. I hired these guys to install a single turbo kit, boost controller, and fuel pump on my BMW 135i. They lost a few of my parts which I ended up paying them to source locally. They also left a dent from the inside of my hood as it hit on the coolant tank they relocated. They blamed these issues on the turbo kit manufacturer, and I let it go. Took about a month before I got my car back. I drove it home and there was a puddle of coolant the next day. My tuner (recommended by them) informed me that my boost controller wasn't inst... read more
