I kept receiving letters from this law firm to property I own in Weslaco, TX under (South Texas Roofing-Jesse Salinas) I bought this property over a year ago n this South Texas roofing had nothing to do w my property n has not been here in a long time. Secretary was extremely rude. Immediately not getting my business after not having an attorney to speak too.
I called regarding counsel on forming a Delaware C-Corp and cap table/vesting for a DTC startup and exit planning. The receptionists were kind but the lady I was forwarded to hung-up on me randomly and when I called back the receptionist said "I'm not sure why but the women said you weren't a good fit." No explanation just an immediate hang up.
