unless you are a customer of the company that owns the hotel "Superior Industries" you won't have good service. hotel was only built with their multi-million dollar customers in mind.

Nice newer hotel with great staff...loved the king suite we stayed in...had a hard time leaving the room...lol !! Clean and comfortable and a nice get away! Definitely would stay here again! The kids loved the breakfast & all the options! Even had the whipped cream for the waffles! Thanks for such a great stay!
We stayed last weekend during a hockey tournament apparently. There were young kids running up and down the halls screaming ALL night long while their parents sat in the breakfast room getting drunk. We had kids with us too, none of whom ran wild! The pool hours were supposed to be adults only from 10-12, yeah right. I checked well after 10 and there were at least 15-20 unsupervised kids in the pool. The hotel staff did absolutely nothing to stop this. None of us got any sleep at all and it was miserable.
